About The CSA

The Chief of Staff Association (CSA) is the largest membership organisation for chiefs of staff globally, with members occupying positions of influence in more than fifty countries.

The Project

I was asked to come on board with The Chief of Staff Association to help structure their complete marketing and communications efforts.

This included creating a new marketing strategy, building and recruiting into the department, updating the visual identity and rolling these strategic and visual updates out across all collateral.
